You control your information. These rights come from Zimbabwe's Cyber Security and Data Protection Act (2021).

What I have agreed to

Zimbabwe's Cyber Security and Data Protection Act requires us to ask before we use your information. You can change any of these later in Settings.

How long we keep things

Grievances are kept for 3 years, donation records for 7 years as the law requires, and app logs for 30 days.

Get a copy of my data

We prepare a file with everything we hold about you and tell you when it is ready.

Delete my account

We remove your personal information. Records the law requires us to keep — such as donation receipts — are kept but no longer linked to you.

All data is stored on servers in Zimbabwe.
